18" American Girl Pleasant Company Samantha Parkington Doll. Early 1990's doll, with soft, squishy vinyl, a chubby cloth body, long soft brown eyelashes, peachy coloring, and the sweetest face.
Samantha has beautiful silky curls and full bangs. Her hair is easy to brush and style, uncut, no dryness noted at the ends. Her eyes open and close as they should.
She has tight limbs, so she can hold a pose or stand unassisted. Long, uncut neck strings. Her cloth body and vinyl are clean, though she may have shine/smudge marks from play. I did notice a tiny "freckle" mark on her cheek; I don't know if it was intentional or not, but it doesn't wipe off and just adds to her charm.
